Fair Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out how much you can use the tool and how.

1. Usage limits

The Free plan includes 1 lite scan per calendar month. The Pro plan includes 20 full reports per calendar month. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st and don't roll over. One-off full report credits can be bought at any time and don't expire. There is a short wait between scans to keep the service fast for everyone. For higher volumes, contact carl@theuxhive.com.

2. Automated access

Using the tool through scripts, scrapers or bots is not allowed. Accounts used this way may be suspended.

3. Failed scans use no credit

If a scan fails — for example because of a technical error, or because the site blocked us or showed an error page instead of the real one — the credit is returned to your account automatically, and you'll see a message explaining what happened.

4. One account per person or organisation

Accounts are for a single person or organisation. Please don't share logins or resell access.

5. Your data

We store the page text and screenshot captured for each scan alongside your report, so you can see them in your account. They're processed by the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, which explains how long we keep data and how to have it deleted.

6. Refunds

Failed scans are returned as credits, as above. Cancellation rights and refunds for purchases and Pro subscriptions are covered in section 8 of the Terms of Service.
